below are weekly but we can offer monthly rentals at a reduced rate and are
based on availability. Our condos book quickly so please contact us now to

Rates are subject to 11% for Florida sales tax. Rates do not
include $200 refundable security deposit. |

One week minimum rental (Seven nights) from Saturday to Saturday.
Monthly Rentals Available. |

Rates are based on 4 person occupancy. The charge for up to 2
additional guests is $50 per person per week |

Association rules mandate that the condo cannot be rented to
single persons under the age of 25 years old for less than one month.
